Our client is a large, well known Salesforce End User that are located in the Melbourne CBD. They are in the Business Industry and are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join the team.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain documentation on processes, policies, and configuration
  • Provide training for all new users, as well as supplementary training for existing users
  • Perform all system administration functions including creation and maintenance of users, profiles, roles, permissions and dashboards, as well as the creation of custom objects, fields and page layouts
  • Maintain data integrity by doing regular checks and reviews of the data in our system
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including users and business managers



Skills & Qualifications
  • Salesforce Certified (ADM201)
  • Proven Salesforce Administration experience
  • Microsoft Sharepoint experience (essential)
  • Proficient with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Lightning
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail
