We have partnered with an organisation in the Seaport area of Boston who is actively looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join their team on a contract through the end of the year. The role will focus on helping drive a number of Salesforce specific projects across the organisation and will collaborate with a Salesforce focused team. This role will help support the Salesforce technologies the organization is using and will focus on gathering requirement, creating documentation and user stories as well as communicating and relaying information to development and testing teams.



This role will sit in the Boston office, and is expected to through the end of the years with the possibility of extension into 2020.



Responsibilities:
  • Support Salesforce projects across the organisation
  • Work within a Salesforce focused team of other Business Analyst, Administrators, Developers and Architects.
  • Understand existing system pain point and help provide platform enchantments
  • Conduct requirement sessions and workshops and create user story documentations.
  • Create system test cases and coordinate user acceptance testing
  • Some Salesforce Administrative responsibilities


Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of Salesforce specific experience acting as an Administrator or Business Analyst.
  • Ability to work with the business to understand and gather requirements from end-users and stake holders.
  • Bachelor's Degree
