Salesforce Sales Consultant-Salesforce Partner-UK Wide-£80k OTE
The opportunity has presented itself for a sales professional with Salesforce ecosystem experience to join an established Gold Salesforce partner with a target focus on the SMB market.
The company in question are an established Salesforce Partner with Gold status-they have offices in a number of locations within the UK and are looking to capitalise on their recent growth by adding new resources to their sales team for the new quarter.
As such, they are looking for a Sales Consultant with both technical experience and experience of the Salesforce ecosystem to perform a primarily sales focused position. The role will not entail cold calling-due to the company reputation you will only be working with inbound leads, building relationships with customers and managing accounts brought on. You will be selling into a UK wide client base, with deal sizes typically within the £20k-£40k range, with sales cycles around the 2 month mark-ensuring you will receive a steady stream of commission should you be hitting your targets and closing deals. There are also strong progression options available into both a Management role followed by a Directorship position in the longer term. You will be working on a remote basis, with a requirement to attend the company offices in London once a week for team meetings.
In terms of candidate profile, they are ideally looking for someone with both sales and technical experience-people who have strong links with current AEs will be strongly considered (particularly from an AE or Alliance background), as well as candidates who have previously worked in a Pre-Sales or Consulting capacity also. Personality wise, they are looking for self-motivated self-starters-you will need to be flexible in order to adapt to the fast moving nature of the role and the business.
Last but not least-the package is up to £80k OTE dependent on experience-however you will be given a flat commission percentage for all sales closed, as well as accelerators that will kick in once target has been reached. You will also be given full training and support in order to ensure you are best equipped to add value to the company in both the short and long term.
Key requirements for the role are as follows;
- Experience within the Salesforce Ecosystem is a must
- A technical/consulting background is essential
- A willingness to travel around the UK as and when required
- A self-motivated personality, allied with a flexible approach to adapt to the fast moving nature of the role
The interview process is anticipated to involve three stages-an initial phone interview with the company owner, followed by a face to face with the Head of Delivery, with a final stage presentation at the company offices with the Director.
