Salesforce Platform Manager

Salesforce Platform Manager-Greater Philadelphia Area

Location: Your role will be located just north of the Greater Philadelphia Area.

Compensation: You will be paid up to $130,000 per year. You will receive comprehensive benefits, perks, and networking opportunities.

Job Description:

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design, development and delivery of the Salesforce.com platform. The primary objective of this position is the enablement of the Salesforce to achieve their goals through technology, process improvements and by ensuring that the platform development meets the needs of the organization. You will manage the department and provide a consultative resource to Sales and Marketing leadership to define system needs, architecture and configuration, while ensuring consistency in communication and accountability between the team and stakeholders. You will lead a team of 4-5 people, potentially including: Business Analysts, Sales and CPQ analysts, Salesforce.com administrator, and System tester.

  • Salesforce certifications STRONGLY preferred
  • Must have prior hands on experience the platform
  • Prior experience and shown competency in Project Management, Business Analysis, and Administration required
  • CPQ experience a plus
  • Strong communication, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead by example
