Job Description: Client is looking for a Salesforce Administrator who will manage the platform of several users, handle enhancements, and understanding all business requirements. This role will be responsible for maintaining all data, identifying any potential issues, and aiding in any technical support issues.

  • 3+ years of hands on experience with Salesforce itself
  • 3+ years as a Salesforce administrator
  • The knowledge to understand business processes and how they can be enhanced or supported within the platform
  • Familiar with Apex, triggers, integration, and s-controls
  • Working knowledge with Service Clouds
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Salesforce administrator Certification not required but strongly considered
