EMEA Alliance Director-Salesforce Partner-up to £120k + OTE

A unique opportunity has presented itself to work as an Alliance Director for the EMEA region for a well renowned Salesforce Partner based in London.

You will be responsible for developing the partner relationship with Salesforce in Europe-this role is focused purely on Salesforce and relevant ISV partnerships and is charged with all facets of partner management and business planning. You will develop and implement business development strategy and ensure alignment between the company and Salesforce itself. The role will have an EMEA wide remit-however the bulk of your time will be spent between England, France & Germany. A generous salary of up to £120k is on offer for the right candidate (dependent on experience)-with an achievable double OTE structure should you hit your targets.




Role & Responsibilities
  • Create and implement a business plan that is in alignment with the goals and objectives for the partnership-this includes strategies for pipeline expansion and management, marketing, and relationship management across Salesforce and the company.
  • Maintaining current projections of opportunities and keeping tabs on strategies with Salesforce. Charged with closely monitoring and measuring team goals and key performance indicators. Oversees contractual obligations and ensures that the company maintains the best level of partnership status possible.
  • Partakes in demand generation plan with marketing to drive company awareness within Salesforce and revenue and relevance within the Salesforce ecosystem.





Skills & Qualifications
  • Strong business acumen for defining, developing and positioning solution offerings
  • Experience building and managing executive level relationships
  • Strong, demonstrable, sales presentation skills




Education
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, or equivalent field, required
  • Master's Degree, preferred
  • Salesforce certifications preferred but not essential
