Salesforce Administrator - Irvine, CA

Responsible for the development, implementation and completion of projects for Salesforce Dev team/ IT Services
  • Develop and implement tools and interfaces to improve system efficiency and accuracy
  • Responsible for developing, running, and analyzing quality control reports
  • Review and reply to support cases as necessary
  • Support self-service, petitions, and related workflows
  • On-going support of our systems, including bug fixing and maintenance
  • Communicate effectively with various department stakeholders
  • Create and organize documentation of our various system workflows
  • Provide training on all new applications and functionality as part of the rollout for our key staff members


Requirements:
  • BS in Computer Science, related technical fields, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience coding web applications with Javascript, JQuery, PHP, HTML, CSS, with databases.
  • Experience as a consultant or solutions developer implementing customer projects.
  • Experience as a Salesforce administrator
  • Experience in both Salesforce Classic and Salesforce Lightning: developing and maintaining visual pages, as well as relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Familiarity with Structured Query Language (SQL) for OracleExperience in performing data analysis using Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized and efficient work ethic
  • Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to effectively facilitate training on functionality of the system


Additional Experience:
  • 3 FLC Salesforce Implementation
  • Client Facing Experience
  • Enterprise level salesforce administrative experience
  • Basic Visualforce knowledge is preferred
