Salesforce Administrator - West Midlands - up to £35,000

An amazing opportunity has arisen with one of our clients to join as their Salesforce Administrator This role will be based out of their office in West midlands. The ideal candidate is someone who can work well in a team, focused on maximizing efficiency and dedicated to giving a world class customer service.



Key responsibilities
  • Being proactively in seeking out and action required system changes
  • Gather feedback and requirements from users and prioritise workload.
  • Make action required changes and keeping the users informed at all times
  • Modify the system to increase benefits and usability


Skills required
  • Strong knowledge sales and service cloud
  • Strong reporting background using standard reporting tools including standard salesforce.com reporting functionality
  • Experienced in re-engineering updating an com configuration to provide solutions for workflows, reports and enhanced functions
  • Good communication skills
