Sr. Salesforce BSA - Fully Remote - $90-120K

Our Washington based Salesforce end user is actively looking for a Sr. Salesforce BSA to join their growing team. The perfect candidate will have exposure to the lead to quote process or any aspect of CPQ. You will be working remotely alongside a tight-knit group of well-established and highly functional architects, developers, administrators and other BA's to continue the expanded growth of their rapidly growing company.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Configure, implement, and maintain Sales Operations related business processes and system functionality working closely with internal teams.
  • Work with key internal stakeholders to drive cost effective technology solutions across the organization
  • Be the single point of contact for the business users to raise concerns for Salesforce
  • Take ownership of projects, leading project deliverables
  • Work with internal teams to improve technical and functional processes.
  • Facilitate all phases of business process enablement Life cycle


Your Qualifications:
  • Excellent communication and personal skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated experience on Salesforce Sales cloud experience
  • Understanding of lead to Order process
  • Understanding quoting and renewals methodologies
  • Both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
  • Strong functional expertise (Flows and Process builder)
  • Experience leading requirement gathering sessions
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce.com platform and building applications
  • Be able to deliver quality results in a deadline-driven environment
