Director Sales Operations - Lyndhurst, NJ

Mason Frank has partnered with a global manufacturing & distribution company in sourcing for a Director of Sales Operations.

This role will be pivotal in leading Customer Service and Sales Support teams, and provide business solutions around the Salesforce platform.

This is a full-time role based in Lyndhurst, NJ.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Serve as the main point of contact to support global sales teams

- Partner with Operations, Finance, and Product Development teams to gather and document requirements as they pertain to the Salesforce platform

- Define quarter goals and drive the team to hit milestones based on goals set by executives

- Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies and relevant sales training material for the on-boarding of new employees, distributors and sales reps

- Partner with sales and marketing to refine lead generation and qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance through reporting dashboards

- Provide SFDC end-user training across entire organization

- Serve as Salesforce SME


- Extensive hands-on Salesforce experience

- Understanding of high-level sales strategies, and being able to translate them into system and process requirements

- Proven track record of extracting key business insights through data analysis

- Experience managing sales reps

- Excellent communication skills

- Salesforce certifications preferred

- Strong understanding of order processes from Quote through Sales Order
