Summary of role:

The role of a CRM manager will involve the management of CRM/Email communications of the organisation whilst making use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud. You will play a vital role in the marketing operations as a sole CRM manager, in charge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities. Use of studios and builders will be in place, with email and automation studio in particular.

The company has a great staff culture, along with the fact that it is a fast growing company. This organisation is mainly based in the UK, with a few different offices and marketing teams in various different locations. The company are looking to boost their campaign success with Salesforce Marketing Cloud so they are currently investing in their marketing automation system heavily.



Key Skills Required:
  • Knowledge of B2C Marketing Automation Platform. - Adobe Campaign, Responsys - Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience is ideal.
  • Experience within a role where you have been working hands on within Email Marketing Communication
  • A background in Digital Marketing/ Marketing Execution.
