Senior Salesforce Administrator / CRM Lead - Cumberland, Atlanta

This position will lead the development and implementation of the CRM platform and marketing strategies for the organization to effectively engage with its consumers.

Requirements:
  • 3-5+ years of relevant experience required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Marketing Clouds
  • Experience with CRM, personalization, email and digital marketing
  • Preferable experience with Scrum and agile IT development
  • Ability to formulate vision and focus teams on measured goals


Responsibilities:
  • Overview and vision to all technical aspects of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Commerce Cloud, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations and 3rd party applications
  • Lead, develop and implement site, concept or brand specific CRM strategies in partnership with key stakeholders
  • Engage with stakeholders and participate in discussions for new and innovative approaches of driving traffic, conversio nadn revenue and improving ROAS on campaigns, while driving higher LTV per customer
  • Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity to complex CRM strategies and work with database partners to deliver this in a seamless and cost effective way
