Job Description

My client a global E-Commerce company are seeking a Senior CRM manager to join their team on a 7-8 month contract.

Daily Rate: £300-350 Per day

As a senior CRM manager you will own critical elements of their email programme, as well as assist in technical projects that increase the efficiency and improve the experience of their customers.

Role & Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery, from strategy development, to capturing business requirements

  • Translate company objectives into precise delivery specifications, including but not restricted to: specifying necessary information, logic segmentation & targeting,

  • Drive the development and enhancement of CRM campaigns .

  • Lead key time sensitive projects such as large scale promotions for experiences.

  • Take ownership of the end to end CRM lifecycle of Rentals travellers covering both marketing and transactional emails.

Skills & Qualifications

  • A track record of large-scale effective handling of B2C email campaigns and cross-functional projects.

  • Experience working with coding and engineering teams with a strong knowledge of information architecture to drive technical initiatives.

  • Must be a cooperative, cross-functional team player with a multitude of teams.

  • 5-7 years of CRM experience in a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce company.

  • Exceptional project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail .

  • Undergraduate degree prefered .
