Enterprise Account Executive-Salesforce ISV-Northern Europe-Up to £100k + OTE



A unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced Account Executive to join a growing Salesforce ISV with huge potential on a full time basis.

The company in question are a Salesforce ISV with a target focus on the Northern European market-you'll be selling into a range of enterprise clients, with deal sizes usually within the $100k-$400k region, and accompanying sales cycles typically ranging from 3-9 months in length. The company are looking to bring new sales resources on board for the coming year due to growth-which they are currently experiencing at a rate of 100% year on year.

As such, they are looking for a pure new business hunter with a solution focused approach, who has a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. While the company has very strong links within the ecosystem and Salesforce itself, someone who has a network of contacts that can be leveraged within the assigned target territories will be highly desirable also. Candidates with a background in Dev Ops will also be strongly considered. Candidates will ideally need to be based within commuting distance to London.

Last but not least-the package is up to £100k basic (dependent on experience) with an uncapped OTE, as well as a flat commission percentage on deals closed. The potential associated with this role is huge, as the growth potential of the role is closely linked to that of the company itself. The interview process is anticipated to involve 4 steps-3 phone interviews with various member of Senior management, followed by a face to face in the company offices in the City of London.

Key requirements for the role are as follows;
  • Experience within the Salesforce Ecosystem is a must
  • A willingness to travel around the EMEA region as and when required
  • A strong background in enterprise level sales and long sales cycles
  • A background within Dev Ops solutions is highly desirable
