Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage and build relationships with the top high-profile accounts
  • Identify customer issues and provide solutions
  • Track customer engagement within Salesforce.com
  • Relay customer feedback to team and help strategize new features/solutioms
  • Design solutions to problems company has identified

Skills & Qualifications
  • 4 years of Customer Success Manager expereience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com and it's platforms
  • Ability to communicate effectively to C-level executives
  • Strong presentation and verbal/written communication abilities
  • Skillset to handle customer complaints and issues in a stressful situation
