Senior Salesforce Administrator

Job Description

This Salesforce Administrator role gives you the opportunity to work for a national house-building company directly from their HQ in Bournemouth. You would be joining a Greenfield implementation, with only 40% of their salesforce instance being realised so far. The company are currently using Salesforce as well as a number of other CRM technologies and are keen to invest in new tech for their infrastructure and development teams to work on.

Furthermore, the role offers fantastic opportunities when it comes to career progression, with plans to treble the Salesforce-specific team to 12 members in the near future. This means that there are fantastic opportunities to gain more leadership and management responsibilities if you are looking for career progression.


Role & Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for the configuration of all Salesforce systems across all channels within the company
  • Provide support for users, involving on-call support and handling issues that are escalated by the System Administrator
  • Carry out systems development including planning, co-ordination, implementation and testing of software
  • You will create and maintain documentation for all areas of the Salesforce set-up, involving user manuals



Skills & Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce Administration and expert knowledge of the Salesforce platform
  • Certification in Salesforce Admin ADM201 and ideally ADM211
  • Some knowledge of Pardot
  • Ideally some consultancy experience, although not a necessity
