Mason Frank has partnered with an organization in the Computer Software industry looking for an experienced, well-rounded Salesforce manager to lead one of our Salesforce teams. This is a hands-on role that requires a passionate leader who can steer the team through changing directions while maintaining high standards. You should be exceptional at declarative programming as you will sit on our Salesforce architecture review board to ensure solid system architecture throughout our Salesforce ecosystem. You should be comfortable managing people and working with business stakeholders, PMs and other teams.

They're always looking for ways to improve our processes and move more quickly while ensuring our end-users get the best experience.

  • Expert-level Salesforce configuration knowledge (5+ years)
  • Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field or EE
  • Experienced people manager
  • Significant experience with cross-team application integrations
  • Highly effective communicator and collaborator
  • Experience leading multi-team projects from design to production
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to act as a mentor to junior team members
  • Have a strong focus on solid architectural principles
  • Apex development experience a plus
  • Salesforce certifications a plus: Certified Administrator, Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I
