Job Description

This is an ideal opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Salesforce Administrator who is keen to further their expertise and take on some leadership responsibilities within a junior team. The position gives you the opportunity to work with one of the nations largest leisure travel providers. The company have integrated Salesforce across all of their platforms, including Sales and Customer Service, Marketing, HR and Finance so there is a lot of variety on offer within the role.

The role is perfect for a senior administrator who is keen for career progression, with a clear plan in place to allow you more opportunity to enter into line management as the team grows in size and strength. Furthermore, is ideal for those with a technical mindset who are self-motivated by the opportunity to learn more, gain certifications and provide training for more junior members of the team.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Salesforce Administration, involving creating reports and dashboards and supporting users
  • Focus on configuration, including work-flow, page layouts and validation rules
  • Take on further responsibilities in terms of management of the team as you progress in your role, with a clear route towards Line Management for ambitious employees who are eager to advance in this direction
  • Provide training for junior members of the team in order to improve the quality and knowledge of junior administrators
  • Endorse company culture within the team, so that employees work both happily and efficiently



Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in a Salesforce Administration position
  • Salesforce Administration certification (e.g. Salesforce ADM201/211 Certification and/or Platform App Builder)
  • Responsibilities with mentoring junior member (preferred, but not a necessity)
  • Creating reports and dashboards, supporting users, configuration exposure


The company are particularly keen to take on motivated Salesforce administrators who have taken it upon themselves to complete a number of Salesforce certifications on top of what has been provided in commercial training. Furthermore, those who have made use of Trailhead events and training would also fall under this category.
