Senior Salesforce Administrator / Sales Ops Manager

Responsibilities include:
  • Desgining, planning, executing and implementing CRM procedures
  • Supporting Sales & Marketing Operations
  • Assess CRM effectiveness and drive bottom line improvements
  • Manage large scale projects involving business model and processes
  • Improve productivity and achieve retention and growth objectives
  • Establish CRM KPI's, measurements and metrics that drive results
  • Build business cases for enhancements to the Salesforce Automation platform and sales tools to maximize sales effectiveness, pipeline management, dashboard / KPI reporting, and individual - level performance
  • Serve as liaison to ensure sales, marketing and operational needs are considered in corporate planning

Looking for somebody with:
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • 3-5 years of sales management and/or sales operations experience
  • 3-5 years of experience utilizing Salesforce.com
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and fact-based decision making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to excel in self-directed environment
  • High energy!
