CRM Manager - Salesforce Marketing Cloud
A well known enterprise level company, is looking to introduce a CRM Manager
to their CRM department who will be using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to run email campaigns
. Your role is pivotal to making sure CRM Marketing Campaigns
are delivering ROI and creating loyal customers. Your role will also be involved in drawing analysis from campaigns
and help with reporting using tools such as Google analytics
. There will be training offered to get you ready for the daily use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
and its modules mainly incorporating Email Studio
, Automation Studio
and Journey Builder as well as the occasional use of Social Studio and Audience Builder.
The organisation are publicly traded enterprise that happen to be one of Salesforce's biggest customers. There is a huge amount of Salesforce technology investment here which is demonstrated as they regularly offer exclusive raining offered by Salesforce directly as well as they are more than happy to pay for certifications and training. They have recently secured investment so are growing rapidly and there is a chance to not only progress quickly but also gain experience working with a company that as a wealth of customer data.
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience within a Email/CRM Marketing
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud's studios
and builders such as Journey builder, Auidence builder, Email studio
and Automation studio experience
- A Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
certification is ideal
