Salesforce Solutions Architect - St. Louis, MO - *Remote*



An industry leading IT company is looking to bring in a Salesforce Solutions Architect who is ready to make a difference. You'll be a key technical and business advisor responsible for expanding the depth and breadth of this company with your customers to ensure long-term success. The position would also allow someone the diversity of work to not do the same mundane tasks every day. The daily work is a mix of enterprise solution integration as well as designing the execution of pilot projects to ensure quality is delivered. Responsibilities in this role include:
  • Serve as the Salesforce leader for projects on-site at client locations
  • Leveraging Salesforce into to create solutions that translate into meeting business requirements
  • Provide hands on technical assistance to a team of developers
  • Keep track of new Salesforce capabilities from product releases and acquisitions
  • Demonstrate leadership by coaching and mentoring junior technical and functional member of the team




Requirements for this role:
  • Understanding of the Salesforce product suite
  • Hands-on 2+ years of recent Professional Services/Enterprise Product Implementation experience is required, SaaS experience is preferred
  • Strong technical skills are required. Proficiency in multiple technical areas is required such as CRM, databases, data integration processes, Salesforce.com
  • Exemplary client-facing written and oral communications skills
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire
