My Client is a leading B2B Manufacturing Business that uses salesforce to manage it's Client List and Ordering functions. They are currently looking to hire an experienced BA to act as the product owner for their CRM and help guide the system s they incrementally improve it.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Act as product owner and manage the system and its 300 users
  • Work with stakeholders to understand the needs of the business and work alongside the Developer to improve the system
  • Manage the Salesforce Administrator who looks after implementing updates and recording feedback.



Skills & Qualifications
  • ADM201 is a must - Sales Cloud Certificate is a bonus
  • Able to manage Stakeholders expectations and talk through implementations and upgrades with them
  • An ability to work procedurally and manage multiple projects at once
