CRM Solution Lead - London - £70k + Bonus

The job: Working within a global financial services corporation you will act as the Solution lead for the company Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce), working on a number of different projects company wide. Although the majority of responsibility will be Salesforce focused, it is important that you have experience/interest in other technologies and able to offer solutions off the back of these.

Responsibilities

Initially you will be working on two major projects:
  • Stitching together two separate orgs
  • Migrating from Classic to Lightning



  • Your day to day will involve engaging with key stakeholders with in the business therefore, it is imperative that you are able to run a room and not afraid to challenge business decisions.

    Requirements
    • Previous experience with Salesforce as well as a range of other technologies (e.g. Mulesoft, Micro Services, custom applications, MA, Marketo, Heroku, AWS) - an understanding and willingness to explore other tech is important not just jumping to Salesforce
    • A consulting background or exposure to a large variety of end to end projects
    • Gravitas to run a room of senior officers and challenge their opinions
