The Salesforce Business Analyst will support the implementation and adoption of CRM. The role will interface with key stakeholders and translate business requirements into system design. The business analyst will possess hands-on Salesforce.com (SFDC) administration skills and knowledge of the platforms functionality and capability. They will understand how changes may impact the user community, work to educate and provide detailed information for the purposes of governance decision making by the business, set the product roadmap and stay abreast of SFDC features and functionality as well as related technologies.

Some Of The Responsibilities Include The Following
  • Work with PO in gathering sessions, document current and future state business processes, and understand business strategy to recommend technology solutions that meet a business unit's overall vision. Understand the impact of requirements to business processes and technical landscape.
  • Create business requirement documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile deployments, participate in Agile ceremonies and set development priorities.
  • Work with the Salesforce Development Squad, to communicate, verify, test, and deploy the desired functionality changes.
  • Document processes, field maps, procedures, and workflows.
  • Troubleshoot issues and brainstorm solutions in Salesforce. Support, analyze, and resolve critical production application issues as required.
  • Communicate regularly with the user base regarding new features, enhancements, and changes.
  • Manage multiple competing priorities through effective organization and communication.
  • Develop and maintain business process documentation and lead business process analysis and redesign activities.
  • Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training to users as required. Encourage adoption of new functionality by deploying training and documentation.
  • Evaluate and Salesforce AppExchange solutions and add-ons to enhance the CRM system/s.
  • Lead data cleaning to drive accurate and complete data
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity

Required Skills
  • BA Degree

Strong understanding of key components of SFDC platform (Salesforce Certification, highly preferred)
  • 2+ years' experience working in a Salesforce Sales organization including implementation, project management, training and developing training materials
  • Ability to work with internal customers and stakeholders to understand and define business requirements
  • Ability to Collaborate with counterparts in IT and the Salesforce Development Squad
  • Strong Communication, organization and negotiation skills
  • Ability to manage time effectively, understand directions and work independently
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data and software applications
  • Prior experience on CRM migration projects
  • Experience gathering and consolidating requirements from cross-functional groups.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet constantly changing timelines.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodology
  • Understanding of MDM principles and data mastering. Experience with MDM, highly preferred
  • Experience with data analytics (Tableau highly desirable as well as SFDC reporting)
  • Strong business analysis and functional experience with quantitative, analytical and organizational skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, V-Lookups)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Demonstrable ability to influence stakeholders to meet objectives
