The Opportunity

You will join an ambitious team in central London as a Salesforce CRM lead, leading the evolution of strategy in a large organisation at the forefront of the finance sector. With Salesforce being the primary CRM integrated with other technology, you will implement best practice to overcome business challenges.

Role and Responsibility - Salesforce CRM Lead - London

  • Direct the migration of the Salesforce platform from Classic to Lightning Salesforce UI
  • Participate as a key figure in all business and developer meetings, liaising between technical and functional teams
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand how best to overcome business challenges, working within the capabilities of the Salesforce platform to provide solutions

  • The ideal candidate will have a background in consultancy / finance
  • 2 years minimum Salesforce experience
  • The ideal candidate will take charge and 'lead the room' as well as not being afraid to challenge senior stakeholders
  • Experienced with Salesforce migrations
  • Experience with using Salesforce as an integrated platform
