As the CRM Manager, you will be working closely with the Head of Marketing to develop a CRM strategy and working hands-on with Pardot on a daily basis.
Pardot is a huge part of he marketing strategy for this year in the business and in this role, you will have a huge amount of autonomy over the platform. You will work closely with the wider marketing team and report directly in to the Head of Marketing. You will be largely responsible for the CRM strategy with some guidance from the Head of Marketing although you will also be advising on the wider strategy based on the insights from analysis of campaigns. On a daily basis, you will also be very hands-on with Pardot and Salesforce with an opportunity and the support to continue developing your expertise.
- Hands-on experience with Pardot is essential

- Amending templates in HTML
- Lead scoring is beneficial although not essential
You will be working for a well established business who are consistently growing at a healthy pace. There is a huge amount going on within the marketing department this year with extensive funding.
