Sales Operations Manager- Salesforce- San Francisco, CA-$130K

The Role:

You will be responsible for the design, development, and support of SFDC solutions. You will be leading the support of sales and services that is vital for the success of this company. This is a collaborative positions that will work along with a driven team to increase Sales and contribute to this company's success. A good candidate will work with cross functional teams to enhance processes to meet business requirements. A good candidate is a problem solver, business-minded, technically enhances, and self-motivated for success.



Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily Salesforce.com user support
  • Maintain and integrate Salesforce.com while working cross-functionally using internal and external third party systems.
  • Work closely with business relationships to enhance operations and processes.
  • Work with data engineering and product development teams to customise processes
  • Manage the stages of project implementation
  • Use CPS to build/design quote-cash solutions




Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5+ years experience in an operational role
  • Experience implementing SFDC
  • Experience writing APEX and SOQL
  • Salesforce Administrator background
