As the CRM Manager you will have a huge amount of autonomy over the CRM strategy as well as being hands on with Salesforce Marketing Cloud on a daily basis.
The role will involve working closely with the Head of Digital to define a CRM strategy as well as advising on the broader strategy based on insights from CRM campaigns. You will also be working hands-on with a newly implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and have full ownership over SFMC too. As this is a newly created role in the business, you will wear many hats and also be hands-on with the tool on a daily basis. This opportunity would be well suited to someone who has a good level of experience in Email / CRM marketing and is looking for an opportunity to step up and grow in the role.
- Hands on experience with Marketing Automation / ESPs (SFMC preferred although not essential)
- End to end campaign management
- Ability to amend HTML & CSS
- Confident engaging with senior stakeholder
