Client Relationship Management Administrator - £30K - Central London

Location: Central London

I am working with an Asset Management Organisation based in Central London who are seeking to appoint a Client Relationship Management Administrator who will work as part of the team dedicated to maximising the potential from our Fund Management client relationships.

The Administrator will be liaising with our clients and working with various in house teams to make sure we deliver the highest level of service to our Fund Management clients. The role holder should understand the general concepts of Client Relationship Management and should have a basic understanding of an Equities stock broking business and of a Fund Management business.

The role requires someone who has excellent communication skills and good knowledge of Equities stock broking business and Fund Management, this will be thoroughly screened through interview.

  • To Work closely with internal teams ensuring they work together to maximise the service into their Fund Management clients.
  • Help the Sales Account Managers devise action points to improve the service into their accounts by analysing data points.
  • Run and check client revenue reports, analysing gaps and upside potential.
  • Help with the client documentation process, working with the various teams who need to get the client set up to ensure the process is smooth and efficient
  • Help the Head of Client Relationship Management to answer client questions and solve issues. Back up to the Head of Client Relationship Management

  • Requirements:
  • Confident and comfortable working with and analysing data
  • Excellent interpersonal and consensus building skills
  • Must be an engaging, self-motivated individual with strong problem solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - able to communicate to various levels of seniority both internally and externally.
  • Confident with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines working under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of the stock broking business and how departments work with each other
  • Basic understanding of Fund Management businesses and how they work with stock brokers and Investment Banks.
