Job Description

This role will work alongside the Salesforce team to assist in development of software applications on Salesforce.com platform. You will work as a key member of the delivery team to understand requirements and identify, plan, design and develop tests for functional testing that will enable the team to quickly deliver quality solutions.

Role & Responsibilities
  • Review and analyze system specifications for implementing changes for our case management system;
  • Collaborate with the Salesforce team to develop effective strategies and test plans;
  • Execute test cases (manual), analyze results, and ensure issues are addressed;
  • Document testing phases and defects;
  • Work proactively with the Salesforce team to find and fix defects;
  • Support the Salesforce team with testing third-party apps and integrations;
  • Other relevant duties as necessary.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Understanding of Salesforce, SFDC Architecture & concepts is required.
  • Experience testing Salesforce platform is required.
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot issues;
  • Working knowledge of test management software;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude;
  • Strong organizational skills.
