Mason Frank has partnered with an organization in the Marketing/Advertising space seeking a mid-level Business Analyst for Salesforce.com to join the Revenue Operations team.



Responsibilities:
  • Work with cross-functional teams to discuss business requirements and effectively translate these requirements to Salesforce solutions.
  • Own small projects and change requests including
    • Gathering requirements
    • Designing solutions
    • Creating documentation
    • Implementing solutions that do not require custom development
    • QA testing
  • Support business teams in training and education needs on Salesforce product knowledge and adoption.
  • Create and maintain documentation of key project artifacts, processes and system functionality/tools.
  • Ability to easily flag any downstream system impacts or dependencies.
  • Continually gain business knowledge and Salesforce knowledge to proactively bring best practices and solutions that optimize sales processes and drive growth to the Media business.
  • Work with Senior Manager of Salesforce Operations to coordinate the implementation, QA, and deployment of user stories through various Salesforce Environments.
  • Perform triage of user reported issues and assist with documenting, investigating, and resolving those issues where necessary.
  • Handle administrative functions including user account maintenance, creating reports and dashboards, managing workflows and other routine tasks.
  • Identify areas of improvement for Salesforce processes and propose solutions to streamline workflow.




Qualifications:
  • 2-3 years of experience utilizing Salesforce
  • Extremely detail and process oriented
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent Project Management Skills
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Working knowledge of JIRA. Confluence, and Agile methodology
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration and setup tools
  • Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Business Operations or Sales Operations a plus
