Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description

The Company works within the Insurance industry and is well established globally and they're looking for a Business Analyst for their London office

Role & Responsibilities
  • To then identify and document a set of technical requirements in JIRA following an Agile method to address specific technical requirements.
  • The Business Analyst will work closely with the Product Owner and Delivery Manager and third parties where needed.
  • Assist the Scrum Mater with 'grooming user stories' with acceptance criteria to the level they can be actioned by the Scrum team including QA.
  • To complete other Business Implementation tasks as and when defined.



Skills & Qualifications
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in using Salesforce (or similar)
  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Have strong capabilities with Salesforce software development
  • Have strong capabilities with Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence
