Job Description

As the Salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for implementing sales cloud, leading ongoing development of the Salesforce deployment, implement service cloud, collaborate with team members, and provide training.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Responsible for implementing sales service cloud into Salesforce CRM
  • Development using Apex as part of enhancements
  • Create custom objects, page layouts, and dashboards
  • Responsible for technical aspects including data migration, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange
  • Perform and create tests in Salesforce Sandbox
  • Provide user training for IT staff regarding the functionality, and system configuration


Skills & Qualifications
  • 5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Admin 201 Certificate is required and Salesforce Advanced Admin is a plus
  • Experience creating troubleshooting and creating workflows and documentation
  • Hands on Apex experience
