CRM Manager - London

As the CRM Manager you will be taking ownership of CRM strategy within a growing digital business. You will be line managing a CRM Executive as well as having the opportunity to still be hands-on.

A key part of this role will be to take ownership of the implementation of a new ESP (Active Campaign) as well as ensuring that it is integrated with Salesforce correctly. You will have the support of an experienced internal Salesforce team who will be hands-on with the technical side of this. A large element of your role will be to develop and implement a CRM strategy. You will also be line managing a CRM executive who will be doing a lot of the execution although you will have the opportunity to still be hands-on on a daily basis. You will use your analytical skills to look at the results of the campaigns and then optimise your strategy to maximise its effectiveness. You will also be collaborating with the CMO and wider to marketing team to give your input on the wider strategy.

Key Skills
  • Experience in a CRM role
  • Experience in either developing CRM strategy or having a large input in CRM strategy
  • Experience creating customer journeys for long sales cycles
  • End to end campaign management
  • Strong experience in Email and SMS
  • Good knowledge of GDPR
  • Content creation
  • B2C experience is highly beneficial
  • Google Analytics is highly beneficial
  • Excel is beneficial
