Salesforce Product Owner/CRM Manager Opportunity

Despite these testing times, I am working with a Salesforce Vendor who are searching for a Salesforce Product Owner to join their growing team. My client are undergoing huge growth after securing $50m of investment over the last 2 years and securing major projects with the likes of TalkTalk, British Airways and E.ON.


Role & Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire product technology stack based on Salesforce
  • Provide expert consultative recommendations on how to improve the product based off customer feedback and stakeholder requirements from all departments
  • Hands-on involvement for solution design, roadmapping and declarative development of the platform
  • Mentor and guide Sales Analysts to ensure that they translate changes to both technical and non-technical components of the business



Skills & Qualifications
  • Business-to-business or consultancy background
  • Agile delivery experience
  • CRM Management experience
  • Salesforce configuration expertise
  • Salesforce solutions design exposure
