Role & Responsibilities
  • Consulting role with technical delivery
  • Hands on with technology implementation
  • Engage with stakeholders and be the main point of contact to comprehend their requirements and providing Salesforce solutions
  • Managing and taking accountability for individual projects
  • You will operate across the project lifecycle from presales & discovery through to development, test and training.
  • Conduct workshops when gathering requirements and training new hire

Skills & Qualifications
  • ADM201 Certified
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Stakeholder management involvement to understand requirements and provide salesforce solutions
  • Salesforce Configuration skills such as, workflows, validation rules, approval processes
  • Salesforce Customisation skills such as, page layout, custom fills and interface layout
  • Comfortable understanding of Apex, Triggers and VisualForce Pages
  • Experience in Marketing or Sales & Service Cloud
  • Migration of data and using data transfer tools to encourage integration
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce CRM or others (Java)
  • Experience in leading projects undergoing complex challenges
  • Conducted end to end implementation projects
  • Supporting and reviewing presales during development of new clients and businesses
  • Good digital market knowledge and comprehension of challenges across industries

  • Degree educated or equivalent
