Job Description

As the salesforce Administrator you will be responsible for implementing the service cloud, develop documentations, and collaborate with team members.



Responsibilities
  • Development using Apex and Visualforce
  • Develop documentation including custom objects, workflows, page layouts, and dashboards
  • Responsible for technical aspects including data migration, systems integrations, and 3rd party applications




Qualifications
  • 5 years experience as a Salesforce Administrator and Service Cloud
  • Salesforce Admin 201 Certificate is required
  • Hands on Apex and Visualforce experience
  • Experience troubleshooting and creating workflows and documentation
