Sales Operations Lead - Santa Clara, CA - $150K
- 9+ years experience in Sales Operations or Business Analysis roles
- Expert knowledge over Salesforce and spreadsheets (G Suite & Excel)
- Experience designing and implementing Salesforce instances
- Ability to troubleshoot Salesforce and related systems
- Able to identify and implement improvements in workflow that improve visibility & accuracy in Salesforce, LeanData, Outreach, Full Circle and related tools
- Track record of triaging reports and driving meetings to create action items and performance improvement
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Salesforce Certifications preferred
