We are actively searching for a highly experienced Salesforce Administrator that can contribute to our rapid growth within the cloud based communications services. We have hundreds of global brands that depend on our services and our expansion year on year is exponential. Therefore, we are in need of a team player who is passionate about Salesforce to join our journey in becoming the best communications service company for all brands

Role & Responsibilities
  • Deployment between environments and reviewing updated functionality
  • Actively work with systems migration projects
  • Engage with stakeholders and collaborate with team members
  • Build functionality with an understanding of client capability and setup
  • Implement technical changes via configuration, customisation and eco-system solutions

Skills & Qualifications

Highly experienced Salesforce Administrator with an in-depth knowledge of Configuration and Customisation
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM201)
  • Lightning Experience
  • Experience in reports/dashboards/workflows and process builders
  • Knowledge around profiles, sharing rules, validation rules
  • Salesforce Configuration experience
  • User administration
  • CPQ Experience is advantageous but, not essential
