Job Title: Seismic Product Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA

Role and Responsibilities:
  • Support management and administration of Seismic Platform, training & supporting end users, LiveDoc template design, build and product support and enhancements of the platforms
  • Creation of product roadmaps for Seismic platform in alignment with business strategy
  • Enhancements and improvements of Seismic platform including backlog and prioritization aligned to roadmap
  • Management of user queries and requests related to defects, issues and their related fixes
  • Maintenance of training and onboarding material on Seismic platform
  • Development of usage metrics and ongoing monitoring
  • Coordination of vendor resources and services
  • Development of LiveDoc templates and LiveForm user interfaces

Qualifications and Expertise:
  • Experience in the Financial Industry
  • Proven content management and sales enablement experience including use of tools such as Seismic, Sharepoint, Salesforce, and Vermilion
  • Experience in a management level position driving product design
  • Familiarity with data manipulation tools and date management concepts including Excel, VBA logic, and understanding of SQL development
  • Experience working in and Agile environment
