CRM Product Owner - London
As the CRM Product Owner, you will be taking ownership of the Marketing Technology stack within this fast growing business. You will be joining the business as they have just begun a digital transformation and given ownership of a cross-cloud Salesforce implementation.
Your day to day responsibilities in this role will be to ensure that the CRM system is fit for purpose and work closely with key stakeholders to ensure that you understand what the business requirements are and that is reflected within the platform. You will be responsible for defining and driving best practices and business process. You will also be engaging with a variety of stakeholders up to c-level and responsible for ensuring that needs are prioritised, and expectations are managed. You will work closely with the wider marketing team to influence strategy and define how CRM can support this.
- Strong Marketing background (ideally B2C)
- Previous history of taking ownership of technology
- Experience engaging with c-level stakeholders
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar platform)
- Experience with Salesforce
