Salesforce CRM Manager - Solihull/Remote - Up to £65,000

An End User based in Solihull are looking for a Salesforce CRM Manager to join their team and play a key role in managing technical teams and maximising the platform across the business. This organisation offer a great environment to work and a competitive salary and first class benefits package.

The Company

-End User based in Solihull

-Flexible working arrangements (3-4 days remote if needed)

-Working with strong Salesforce teams to deliver projects on time and to budget

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaising with stakeholders to establish the needs of clients, as well as managing their expectations and setting agreed objectives
  • Managing a team to deliver complex Salesforce projects on time and to budget, motivating and influencing team members to be accountable and achieve success
  • Taking responsibility for the people and defining project objectives and deliverables across the full lifecycle
  • Ensuring Salesforce roadmap is defined and on track; analysing engagements for ongoing functional enhancements
  • Identifying potential risks and developing solutions to manage them

Key Requirements
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce and its capabilities
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Ability to negotiate for project delivery success
  • Experience of Project planning, Issue, risk and change management
  • Experience of coaching, developing and managing teams
  • Strong communication skills with proven stakeholder management experience
