  • Develop Salesforce FSC and Community solutions that are both internal and consumer facing
  • Work with Salesforce team as the development expert to help define systems architecture, design techniques and development standards to support cross-functional, multi-system solutions that scale and are flexible to meet the future needs of the organization.
  • Maintain and enhance workflows and functionality within Salesforce FSC
  • Work with 3rd party vendors and partners to integrate via APIs and APEX with our Salesforce FSC platform
  • Work with a variety of lead sources to enhance and integrate web 2 lead solutions
  • Perform ongoing customizations to product features and integrations with other Systems.
  • Participate in the documentation of maintenance and support procedures for the solutions you have developed

Preferred Experience:
  • You have extensive experience in the financial services industry
  • 5 years of experience designing solutions on Salesforce platform including:
    • APEX
    • Triggers
    • Batch
    • Visualforce
    • SOQL
    • SFDX
    • Flows
    • Additional SFDC automation tools
  • 2 years of experience designing solutions on:
    • Salesforce FSC
    • Managed package solutions
  • 4 years of experience developing solutions on:
    • Salesforce Customer
    • FSC
    • Partner Communities
  • 4 years of Salesforce development in:
    • Financial Services
    • Mortgage is a huge plus
    • Insurance
    • Banking/consumer lending
