The Salesforce Administrator - CPQ will be responsible for the analysis, design, development, and customization and be involved in the implementation of Salesforce.com. As a Salesforce Administrator you will be working on large scale business transformation initiatives.


Responsibilities:
  • Configuration and support of the Apttus CPQ and CLM modules and Workflow Management; This includes troubleshooting system issues, participating in system upgrades, developing validation rules, workflows, documenting processes, and providing technical support for users
  • Work collaboratively with internal departments in the planning and analysis of business systems requirements, system changes or enhancements
  • You will be responsible for the design, configuration and administration of the Apttus CPQ/CLM tool inside of our Salesforce.com CRM solution in support the company's Sales and Client Relationship Management Teams
  • Working collaboratively across internal departments and stakeholders such as Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, Claims, Relationship Management and Client Services
  • You will develop, configure and support critical business processes and solutions in the Saleforce.com CRM application infrastructure. You will be part of our Enterprise Applications Salesforce.com administrative team with overarching responsibility for planning, development and maintenance of the Salesforce.com solutions architecture across the Enterprise
  • Responsible for administration and support of Salesforce.com and associated technologies, specifically CRM
  • Develops and delivers, initial and on-going, power user training in relation to new functionality, configuration or system-related processes
  • Maintains a high level of awareness of and enthusiasm, stays abreast of new features and updates as they are released


Qualifications:
  • 1+ year experience with APTTUS revenue management, specifically subscription billing management.
  • Experience working with technical and business leads to understand sales and fulfilment process, and then delivering Apttus solutions to fulfil the need
  • Experience implementing APPTUS on Salesforce cloud
  • Has hands on experience implementing SalesForce functionality and can act as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders during the implementation phase
  • Has hands on experience with upholding workflow rules, formula fields, approval rules, configuration of single or multiple user setup, profiles and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts and validation rules
  • Must possess strong configuration skills such as such as creating screens, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards , lightning UI and other configuration related activities
  • Has knowledge and experience using Agile methodology
Experience:
  • Experienced with Apttus Advanced Workflow Approvals
  • 3+ years implementing SalesForce
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience



Education/Certifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in CS or Equivalent with 3+ years relevant technical experience
  • Certified Apttus CPQ Admin 201
  • Certified SFDC Admin 201
