IT Technical Support Analyst- Remote (EST hours)- $60,000

As the IT Tech Support Analyst, you will be working to:
  • Work with customers to provide solutions to technical problems
  • Troubleshoot and identify common issues with the platform
  • Working with various enterprise customers to solve real-time problems
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Customer Success
  • Participate in onboarding sessions with customers and answer questions

Requirements to be successful:
  • Good communication and critical thinking skills
  • 1-3 years of experience being in a tech support customer facing role
  • Strong organizational skills and good attention to detail
  • Experience with Salesforce and its capabilities
  • Great problem- solving skills
  • Passion for technology and people
  • Able to work EST hours
