Job Description

This Salesforce Administrator position/CRM Manager will be responsible for the overall development and operation for the continued operations and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform for all user groups. The CRM Manager will independently perform development, testing, implementation, documentation and updating tasks relating to the Salesforce platform and integration's. They will directly report to the Chief Financial and Operations Officer.




Role & Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support (including system configuration, process building, complex formulas, and system maintenance) and assist users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of the Salesforce CRM.
  • Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc. (User Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Sharing Rules and Security).
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, validation rules, custom workflow, and approval processes.
  • Partner with XLR8 (Salesforce overlay partner) and other stakeholders to prioritize enhancements and ensure optimal user efficiency of Salesforce.
  • Maintain all Salesforce environments (sandbox, production, etc.) including documentation, configurations and customizations.



Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, or an analytical field, equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of Salesforce administration and/or development experience
  • 1+ years of Pardot experience
  • Working knowledge of SQL, proficiency at using Excel (charts, functions, tables, pivot tables and pivot charts) and experience with statistical analysis and reporting tools preferred.
  • Experience as a business analyst or project manager preferred.
  • Must be a motivated individual with strong analytical, problem solving, and root cause analysis skills. Logical, process-oriented thinker with a natural curiosity about technology.
