You work closely with the business units to take, secure, and communicate project-related material. Bachelor's degree in business, IT or related field strongly desired
7+ years of Business Analysis and Process and Systems Implementation experience
High mastery of Salesforce (preferred)
High awareness of CRM concepts (opportunity, account, contact, quote, etc.)
Experience utilizing one of the vital CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
Familiarity with quote-to-cash process and its elements: quotes, orders, work orders, line items, etc.
Experience outlining answers for CRM systems
Establishing success developing and presenting solutions to intricate business situations
Good knowledge of business modeling language
Good organizational, evaluation and critical thinking skills
