The primary function of this role is to build out CRM platform to better fit a scalable business model to improve efficiencies.
Candidate must have a full understanding of CRM/SFDC implementation and the ability to analyze business needs. This position requires leadership skills and the ability to collaborate with team members to execute project needs.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to develop technical performance architecture that solves most complex performance issues.
- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Security model with hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration / customization using Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Scheduled and Batch classes, Salesforce Shield, AURA, Lighting web components (LWC).
- Experience with CPQ & Quote to cash processes in a SaaS & recurring revenue
- Abillity to Design and implement scalable technical solutions on the Force.com platform across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud and Customer Communities.
