Salesforce Administrator- Richmond - 100k/year

Job opening as a salesforce administrator for a growing, innovative, and customer-centric technology company. Seek creative and tenacious individuals to help us drive success company's goal. We're looking for an energetic and motivated team player with a proven professional and technical background to help lead the ongoing development and maintenance of the company's Salesforce platform.

You will:
  • Serve as a primary system administrator
  • Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, and groups
  • Handle all basic administrative functions including user maintenance, custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, process builder, flows, and other routine tasks
  • Manage operational requests including permission sets, custom views, and troubleshooting issues
  • Coordinate activities between sales and other departments (such as account services, marketing, and training)
  • Complete regular internal system audits
  • Manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations
  • Maintain database for integrity and accuracy including cleansing and duplicate record management
  • Develop training materials and provide training and support to SalesForce.com end users
  • Increase Salesforce.com adoption through system improvements and reporting

Our ideal Salesforce Administrator will have:
  • 3 + of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator with 2+ years of experience in Lightning
  • com Admin (ADM201 and ADM211) certified
  • Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Market Cloud, and Developer certifications preferred
  • Lightning Experience Specialist Super Badge and experience with Marketing Automation data work flows preferred
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionalities
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Experience integrating and administering multiple software applications

Skills Required:
  • Strong hands-on declarative experience in Salesforce, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
  • Hunger and eagerness to learn and grow within a start-up environment
  • Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
  • Highly preferred if the candidate has the ability in Apex or has dabbled in development
  • Must demonstrate an ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
  • Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes
