Key Responsibilities-Liaise with key stakeholders to understand their immediate and future needs, manage expectations, gather requirements, and work with the team to translate these into solutions
-Hands on configuration- Validation Rules, Workflows, Process Builder etc
-Training users on the platform and ensuring it is utilised efficiently and effectively
-Daily administrator duties on the Salesforce platform
Key Requirements-Extensive Salesforce Administrator and Configuration experience
-CPQ & Marketing Cloud experience highly desirable
-Experience gathering requirements from stakeholders, working with BAs to translate into solutions, ensuring implementation and adoption is smooth
-Salesforce Administrator certificate beneficial
